This course is primarily designed for public safety workers, police officers, firefighters, hotel and restaurant employees, childcare providers, coaches, lifeguards, personal trainers, therapists, dental and medical assistants, nurses, and those who are interested in learning the steps of CPR in order to be fully prepared to respond to a medical emergency.

The BLS course is specifically designed for professionals working in medical settings. Paramedics, doctors, nurses, dental professionals, medical and dental students, premedical field and predental field students. Those taking the BLS course become familiarized with high-quality chest compressions, delivering appropriate ventilation, effectively using the AED, and the team approach during the resuscitation process.
